STORE POLICIES: ORDERS,SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship globally from our US warehouse, with tracking provided on all orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. Delivery times vary by region, but most orders are delivered within:
- USA: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Please note: Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDERING PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high volume periods (e.g., product launches, promotions), processing may take a little longer.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
RETURNS
We stand behind the quality and durability of the ImPAK Training Bag, and each bag comes with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing or material defects.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
- Refunds must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or email confirmation)
NON-RETURNABLE
- Bags that show signs of use, damage, or modification
- Discounted or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards or promotional giveaways
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
- Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you notice any damage, contact us as soon as possible and provide pictures highlighting the defect. We will process an appropriate claim and arrange for an exchange.
SHIPPING & RESTOCKING FEES
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect; in those cases, please reach out to us to open a ticket prior to returning the product, otherwise shipping costs will not be refunded.
- A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns unless it is due to manufacturing or material defect or error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. ImPAK Training Co. will not be responsible for returned items lost in transit.
UNDELIVERABLE/RETURN-TO-SENDER & OTHER DELIVERY ISSUES
- If a delivery issue results in an undeliverable item, it is considered a forced return and may not be eligible for refund, as items marked "Return to Sender" are often disposed of by the local post service and not always returned to us. If the item is returned, a refund will be issued minus the original outbound shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and contact the courier directly in the event of any delivery issues after dispatch.
- Customers are expected to intercept or collect the item as needed to ensure successful delivery.
- If a delivery issue is caused by incorrect or inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer, no refunds or replacements will be issued. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of placing the order. If you notice a mistake in your shipping details after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will gladly update the information for you.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
